Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative, who is willing to play a key role in promoting and securing monthly parking customers. Responsibilities include building relationships to promote our facility, cold calling to secure new monthly customer accounts, and answering customer inquiries while providing exceptional customer service about our facility and promotions. This position offers you the opportunity to work independently and a hybrid schedule can be negotiated based on our key needs. Compensation includes an hourly salary between $20 to $25 per hour, DOE, health benefits, and Paid Time Off.

 

Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles and 1 location in Orlando. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages. In addition to affordable monthly parking options throughout the downtown area, Joe’s Auto Parks will soon offer a real-time parking reservations system to guarantee pricing and available space. Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of Associates degree. 
  • At least 4 years inside sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus and/or willingness and capability to learn.
  • Ability to adapt quickly.
  • Asks quality questions out of genuine interest.
  • Listens carefully and intently.
  • Passionate about their product, their role, their team, and everyone’s collective success.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Acute Decision-making ability, problem resolution and creative thinking and negotiating skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, be coachable, and willing to learn and apply proven strategies.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop a multi-faceted sales plan (e.g. outside sales calls, trade shows, telemarketing, e-mailings) to network and develop relationships with representatives of target groups and corporate accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Cold calling to secure monthly parkers.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from potential customers.
  • Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Work well with operations to ensure full participation in servicing accounts and gives constructive feedback on client experiences.
  • Nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers in an effort to increase corporate sales revenue and secure referrals.
  • Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts.
  • Communicate best practices and collaborate with other corporate account managers.
  • Respond to client requests, emails and calls.
