Overview

We are looking for an experienced and friendly person with leadership skills. The Parking Attendant Lead provides leadership and guidance to Parking Attendants while carrying out the duties of a Parking Attendant.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Great interpersonal skills and team work.
  • Ability to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Clean Driving record.
  • Must be able to drive both Manual and Automatic vehicles.  

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or heavier, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Able to manage operations of parking facility

  • Have record keeping and recording skills; Cashier duties and cash handling.

  • Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards

  • Assist in maintaining a congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking, and immediately storing vehicles.

  • Oversee and Train team members.

  • Check work schedule to ensure shifts are properly staffed.

  • Cashier duties and cash handling.

  • Exceptional customer service; Handle guest claims in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Drive guest’s vehicles to the designated parking space in a safe manner

  • Regular inspection of parking facility and customer vehicles

  • Follow company’s policies and procedures

  • Immediately notify the Manager of any issues, problems, or complaints.
