Assist in maintaining a congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking, and immediately storing vehicles.
Oversee and Train team members.
Check work schedule to ensure shifts are properly staffed.

Exceptional customer service; Handle guest claims in a timely and professional manner.
Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Drive guest’s vehicles to the designated parking space in a safe manner
Regular inspection of parking facility and customer vehicles
Follow company’s policies and procedures
Immediately notify the Manager of any issues, problems, or complaints.
