Overview

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Pay Rate:

  • $15.00

 

Schedule:

  • Graveyard shift - Sun - Thur, 10 pm - 6:30 am

Location:

  • Command Center 808 S. Olive St. LA, CA 90014

 

Qualifications

 

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid ID or Driver's license.
  • Customer service experience, 1-2 years or more prefered.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues.
  • Positive customer service skills.
  • Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions. 
  • Utilize etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions on the phone or in person.
  • Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Able to troubleshoot in a fast paced environment.
