    Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned Los Angeles-based parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles, and locations in Pasadena, Inglewood, San Diego and Orlando, FL. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages.


    Command Center Operator addresses all customer issues from all our DTLA garages and surface lots.

    • Possess positive customer service skills.
    • Handle and respond to all customer concerns and inquires
    • Provide information on daily and monthly parking including but not limited to rates, availability, hours of operation
    • Assist with resolving the technical difficulties from revenue controlled garages and pay stations
    • Assist in overseeing daily operations
    • Remotely assist daily customers with payments at the Pay station or Exit Lanes for Joe’s Locations as well as other managed garages. 
    • Ensure all system, devices, and machines are operational and functional
    • Monitor garage activities via CCTV.
    • Follow directions and complete various tasks assigned by management
    • Other duties may be assigned as needed
    • High attention to detail
