Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned Los Angeles-based parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles, and locations in Pasadena, Inglewood, San Diego and Orlando, FL. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages.

Travels from various parking lots to gather and record parking data citywide pre-dawn work hours along the MTA route.

Minimum requirements
HS Graduate, some college experience. Enjoy working with the public while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Some experience working with computer programs (word, excel, email). Ability to use handheld device to record information and weekly data. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to add and subtract and apply basic mathematical principles. Be someone who enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather.


Physical Demands

Periods of constant walking/standing for more than 5-6 hours outdoors. Strong visual skills.

Patrolling parking lots to confirm parking compliance.

Advise supervisor regarding problems, unsafe lot conditions, maintenance deficiencies, signage requirements, etc.

Make recommendations regarding adjudication of parking tickets; issue temporary parking permits, applications and appeal forms; and accept payment for fees/fines.

Be responsible for monitoring, procurement, and installation of all parking/traffic signs.

Be responsible for weekly data collection

Operate radio transmitters, receivers, and/or other tools and equipment as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned
