Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned Los Angeles-based parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles, and locations in Pasadena, Inglewood, San Diego and Orlando, FL. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages.
Market Managers are direct reports to the Director of Operations and COO. This position will work closely in supporting both managers in a leadership and administrative role. You will work closely with supervisory staff in directing and motivating the actions of frontline employees to ensure the most productive work environment.

Apply and implement standards relative to changing organizational and staffing needs.
Contribute to the profitability of the Company by closely monitoring costs applicable to operations and employee talent
Coach employees for performance improvement and apply progressive disciplinary policy when necessary.
