Job Summary

Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned Los Angeles-based parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles, and locations in Pasadena, Inglewood, San Diego and Orlando, FL. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages.

 

Parking attendants/Rovers are responsible for safely parking, retrieving and staging customer vehicles at multiple locations.

 Minimum requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent required.  Great interpersonal skills and team work. Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills


Physical Requirements

Frequent Walking, standing and some bending will be required in the position.

Responsibilities

Summary of essential job function needs:

-Must have a valid California state driver's license and good driving record

-Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles

-Exceptional customer service

-Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

-Drive guest’s vehicles to the designated parking space in a safe manner

-Follow company’s policies and procedures

-Check for any car damages before issuing claim ticket

-Note all necessary information on the ticket

-Must secure all car keys

-Retrieve guest’s vehicle from the specified area in a safe manner

-Assist guests with opening/closing doors, etc.

-Knowledgeable of the area, hotel/loft, directions and events
